I posted this here as i cannot post to paid support. I purchased a pro account and downloaded the software etc. When i went to use the support forum, i could not login or the reset the password. Maybe i put in the incorrect email. I cannot find any record of the transaction or websharks in my email. I have the transaction in my paypal. My username should be “dvize” and email gt ..at.. dvize … dot … com please advise what to do… |
