I’ve seen several user accounts get canceled after being suspended (Paypal).. My question is this: is someone wants to re-instate their account after being canceled, can i do this by simply re-0adding the original automatic payment ID, or do they need to re-purchase via an upgrade button (upgrade from free to paid) ?

Thank you for your inquiry.

They’ll need to upgrade on-site. s2Member demotes these Users and won’t track their Subscription once that’s done.
