PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning

Hi,

I have checked some possible solutions on other forum topics and still wasn’t able to figure out what’s wrong.

Been receiving this :
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications
(IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://valerielemme.com/?s2member_paypal_notify=1

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that
is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the
above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your
account.

I have started from start configuring paypal Account, IPN and PDT but still the same.
Server is ok according to http://valerielemme.com/s2-server-scanner.php

Also contacted paypal as what the other forum suggested and they said that :
Having an issue with the url. Not
getting a response form the server.
