We developed our website on a development server which is a subdomain of a development domain we use. The registration/payment page shows correctly in the dev site even though there is no SSL Certificate on the dev site. Dev Site screenshot: Live Site screenshot: You can see that the dev site without the SSL enabled is displaying properly while the live site with SSL is not showing properly. Hi Christine. Are both installations identical except for the SSL? Are there any differences in plugins, the theme, or their versions? There may be a conflict there affecting the pro-form’s JavaScript. Please read this article for tips on how to asses that. Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips Another thing that could affect the JavaScript is if you’re using an index other than WordPress’ default index.php one.
