Hello, When we first started our site, we just used PayPal. When one of our members from PayPal cancels their recurring subscription, S2Member demotes them. Since we switched to PayPal Pro, we have had to do all the demotion manually. PayPal Pro tries twice and then doesn’t deactivate the account, and when we deactivate the account, we still have to remove all their information. Is this a settings thing or is anyone else experiencing this with S2Member? Best, Tony |
