New email sent – login info changed/updated.

I resubmitted it a few minutes ago.

Hi, any update? Submitted this over a week ago and have received no response. We have several people saying they can’t use PayPal at our site – but can at other sites.
Yep, same PayPal account and credentials.
I verified everything is setup correctly.
If the user cancels and was originally a recurring customer from the PayPal days, then automatic demotion works. However, with the new recurring billing as a PayPal Pro service – it isn’t demoting.
Still getting the error as well, after installing the patch.

Jason,
I just had a payment go through for you for .01 and a new account created… Is that the fix?
Thanks Jason – I have emailed PayPal to look at this transaction.
@ Jason
PCF sent with new FTP info.
I, too, have been having this same issue and will send a PCF.
Fixed – just used the include_once ‘wp-load.php’; line.
Thank you for this. The only problem is – when a visitor to our site logs on to view the site – we can’t show them any of the downloadable content as the conditional of being a member is not met and they only see “You Don’t Have Access To This”
Example: http://barbangerz.com/genres/rb vs. any other genre page. On the R&B page, you can’t see the middle section, but on any other genre page – that is what you should be seeing.
Is there a way to hide just that download link using the wp-load.php code above?
Bruce,
Thank you. To so confirm, because we load this page dynamically through AJAX, I need to use include(data-vm.php) in my php/AJAX call of the .php file in question?
I have a tight window to do this tonight – so I want to make sure I do it right and not screw things up for our members.
Thank you!
Not sure how to do that, Eduan. Can you help or point me in the right direction?
Where do I run this though?
And is this the same as going into the database, finding the ID for the user, and then searching for the metakey “s2member_file_download_access_log” and then deleting all that information in that box?
I also would like to add that users are set to a recurring subscription profile on PayPal, with 45 downloads allowed every 30 days. One user only used up 22 downloads in the last term – today he was charged by PayPal but says he did not get reset back to 0 downloads.
If there was a way to see their current credits – that would be nice. I’d like to add a couple of freebies for the trouble…
Thanks!

Server scan checked out okay. I emailed PayPal support.

Version: v120703
All my Pro-Forms generate this error when the buyer tries to use PayPal: Error #36. Transaction failed: Fail to obtain approval for the online transaction.
It happens on:
https://barbangerz.com/billing/subscription-options/cover-charge/?s2-ssl=yes
https://barbangerz.com/billing/subscription-options/happy-hour/?s2-ssl=yes
https://barbangerz.com/billing/subscription-options/open-bar/?s2-ssl=yes
https://barbangerz.com/billing/subscription-options/the-norm/?s2-ssl=yes
And yes, all settings are correct for PayFlow. Credit card processing works, only the PayPal option does not.

Update – I discovered I can’t have the pro-form in more than one place on the page – i used a tab plugin and that caused my first set of problems.
In addition to my previous post, I also setup a Pro Forms register form on the site – setup a new account – and then went to the subscription page. It still wants me to create a new account – versus just letting me check out.
Thank you – we ultimately decided to launch the website a week early, starting tomorrow!
