Hi guys,

I’ve migrated our website to a new domain, encountered some issues at first because s2 settings were not migrated but solved that through the import/export features of s2. However, when I go to the page where my Pro forms are, the forms are broken:

old:
http://www.digitalpaintingtv.com/premium-monthly-all-access/

new(has problem):
http://www.paintboxtv.com/premium-monthly-all-access/

I’d really appreciate if you can help us with this asap guys, we’re about to launch.

thanks!

Best Regards,

Jeremy

The problem is that your server is blocking s2Member from loading two important files:

The s2Member CSS:

<link rel='stylesheet' id='ws-plugin--s2member-css'  href='http://www.paintboxtv.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php?ws_plugin__s2member_css=1&#038;qcABC=1&#038;ver=120703-120703-2789092591' type='text/css' media='all' />

And the s2Member JavaScript:

<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.paintboxtv.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php?ws_plugin__s2member_js_w_globals=1&#038;qcABC=1&#038;ver=120703-120703-2789092591'></script>

(You can “View Source” on your Pro-Form pages and find those two lines near the top. Try visting either one of those URLs: they should return CSS code and JavaScript code, but instead they’re just returning a blank page.)

This problem is almost always the result of Apache blocking the files from loading for some reason. Looking at your server Apache logs may hint as to the problem. We have seen this issue in the past and the things we recommend trying can be found here: Knowledge Base » Mod Security, Random 503/403 Errors

Hi Raam,

But the thing is, we didn’t really changed host(hostgator), I just transferred it to another domain/folder and database. any thoughts?

Hi Jeremy.

I went to the new site you linked to and the pro-form seems to be working now, and I could load the CSS and JS files.

Looks like you fixed the problem. :)

Hi,

Needed to deactivate and reinstall everything. Then import the settings. :)
