Hello, I am trying to make a custom register form with Pro-Forms Paypal Pro Free Registration Forms. I would like to have several forms that give the user signing up a custom capability. However, when I put in the shortcode and then check the form (in different browsers) the default fields are just not there. All I get is the Create Profile text with a lock next to it and the complete registration text with the arrow and a submit form button. No fields at all. If I click the button it tells me to fill in the fields. I did not make any custom fields. This is a new install and I did not make many changes. The normal free registration works just fine and shows the fields. Here is the short code I am using (replaced my url with a dummy url for this post): [s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form register="1" level="0" ccaps="vip" desc="Signup now, it's Free!" custom="blahblahblah.com" tp="0" tt="D" captcha="0" /]Thanks |
