Hello, I am trying to make a custom register form with Pro-Forms Paypal Pro Free Registration Forms. I would like to have several forms that give the user signing up a custom capability. However, when I put in the shortcode and then check the form (in different browsers) the default fields are just not there. All I get is the Create Profile text with a lock next to it and the complete registration text with the arrow and a submit form button. No fields at all. If I click the button it tells me to fill in the fields. I did not make any custom fields.

This is a new install and I did not make many changes. The normal free registration works just fine and shows the fields.

Here is the short code I am using (replaced my url with a dummy url for this post):

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form register="1" level="0" ccaps="vip" desc="Signup now, it's Free!" custom="blahblahblah.com" tp="0" tt="D" captcha="0" /]

Thanks

Update: I changed to the default twenty twelve template and the fields showed up. There is something in the theme that is hiding the form fields.

We can’t really diagnose bugs with 3rd party themes/plugins, but if you’d like to provide us with a link to the page this is happening on, I can let you know if there’s anything obvious that’s causing this.

Thanks. I had also posted this question to the creator of the theme I was using and they said to add this to the custom CSS for the theme:

div.s2member-pro-paypal-form-section>div.s2member-pro-paypal-form-div label { display: block !important }

It appears to have worked.

I am adding this here in case anyone else runs into similar issues.
