Hi – we are trying to link Authorize to S2 Members Pro but there is no record in Authorize account of our credit card after we tried to buy a subscription. We are in live mode. We have the correct API login ID, the correct Transcation Key and the correct MD5 hash key. We are not in sandbox mode when we attempt to charge our card live. After the attempt to charge our card first failed we set up a silent URL in the authorize account – when we tried again we had nothing recorded in Authorize account (not even as an unsettled transaction or suspicious transaction). We have SSL enabled on the site. We have ARB enabled in Authorize. Any idea what the problem would be? Note: We are working for a USA based company setting this up for them and we are trying to use our Aussie CC to test the Authorize account in live mode – we wondered whether it was an IP issue…hope to hear from someone soon – perhaps Jason or someone in support will have seen this before and know the fix? Thanks, Phil

Hi Phil,

Have you enabled logging (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines?)?

You can then look at the log files in /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/ for the related Subscription/Transaction ID for any issues related to the transactions you’re testing with.
