Hi there,

I am setting up pdf download files on my site and I want to protect them.

I watched the videos on this.

I loaded them into wp-content/plugins/s2member-files

I have three pdfs in a file : pdfdownloads

So my understanding is that the link should look like this for one download:

http://mydomain.com/?s2member_file_download=pdfdownloads/firstdownload.pdf

Yet when I copy and past that into a browser, I just get a blank page. I’m sure I am missing something somewhere that will make this all work. Any ideas??

I am logged in when I enter this link and I double checked the spelling and everything.

Thank you,
Joanne

It sounds like it could be a conflict with GZIP on your server.
Please try implementing the .htaccess trick that we documented here.
