Random demotions – HELP!

I am using the Paypal Pro forms with a wildcard level, as instructed in the documentation, to sell ccaps. And for some reason, people are randomly getting demoted and stripped of these ccaps. This is happening every day and is really taking a lot of time to deal with. Please help!

This is happening with several different codes, not just this one, but all throughout the classroom :(

The Shortcode that you posted looks like it is correct. Could you please post the other Shortcodes that you are using?

Also, what do you have set up in your Automatic EOT Settings?

It hasn’t happened for a few days now, I’m hoping that it was just a rash of people who had subscriptions with EOTs set – and perhaps the EOT triggered a wipe of all ccaps. But I have enabled logging and will send along the logs and shortcodes if it happens again…
