I have a free signup link I send to new corporate members to signup additional people within their company.

the form uses the following shortcode:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form register="1" level="10" success="http://asmda.us/thank-you/" ccaps="active,corp_mbr" desc="Signup now, Corporate Members-At-Large memberships are Free!" custom="asmda.us" tp="1" tt="Y" captcha="clean" /]

I have watched people inside my company try to signup and they get the “missing security code” message over and over even though they are putting in the correct code — at least both our eyes thought it looked correct.

Any suggestions?

thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,

Have you tried regenerating your keys and entering them in Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› CAPTCHA Anti-Spam Security?

Failing that, I would suspect a JavaScript conflict being introduced by another WordPress plugin and/or your WordPress theme. You might want to try disabling all other plugins except s2Member and/or switching to the default WordPress theme (e.g., TwentyEleven).
