Recent Update-Membership Options Page

After the most recent s2member pro plugin update, our website suddenly seems to have a new-to-us level 0 and level 1 glitch.

Prior to the update, we had tested all of our membership levels. Then, if someone tried to access something which wasn’t available to them at their membership level, s2member redirected them to the Membership Options page. This was working perfectly. In addition the Membership Option page was always visible on our menu to any member at any level (0 and up).

Then after the most recent s2member update, both the redirect and page display stopped working–but just for level 0 and level 1 members. All along we have been using the s2member URI restrictions not available to level 0 or level 1 members.

Previous to the most recent update, if anyone level 0 or level 1 clicked on any of these BuddyPress features, the s2member membership options page would display. Now members get a “Page Not Found” message and the Membership Options page is not available on our menu for either level 0 or level 1 users. The Membership Options page does display on the menu to users level 2 and above.

This turned out to be solved with another plugin’s update. The other plug in stated they were updating the plugin removing certain known plugin conflicts. Problem solved!
