I felt this situation was somewhat unique so I have to admit I did not do too much forum searching. I apologize if this is a repeat and if so please direct me to the post.

Here is what we are doing. We have three different pay levels of which the first two can be done automatically on-line through s2member. Our third option offers a whole lot more services outside the website so the user must call to set up that account. They pay $695 to sign up which includes one year subscription to the website. After that year we need to automatically charge their card $175 each year. We need to be able to create the new user and add Authorize.net automatic recurring charges for $175 per year after the first year of subscription. Is there a post or document explaining how to do this or can someone explain what to do?

Thanks,
John

Hi John,

Please see this answer for information on creating accounts manually.

If you want to also create a recurring profile that charges the customer, you’ll need to set up the recurring profile on Authorize.net itself (assuming they allow you to set up such recurring profiles manually) and then add the subscription ID or transaction ID to the s2Member account that you create for them (make sure you select Authorize.net as the Payment Gateway).
