My client emailed me:
“Our customers will forget they signed up for recurring payments, can we send them an email reminder prior to charging them?” It’s a one year subscription recurring payment.
In other words, is there a way to send an email to the customer about two weeks prior to charging their recurring payment? The email could say: “Dear Customer, your credit card will be charged as a recurring payment. If you want to cancel, please click here.”
