I’d like my support team to be able to refund without my help or access to my paypal account. Is it possible to issue a refund from within s2m?

If so – how?
If not – any alternative suggestions?

Hi Adam,

No, this is not currently possible. To my knowledge, the only way to offer a refund would be through the PayPal account itself.
