Can you set S2member up to allow open users to select their required ‘role’ (subscription). If they then select a ‘pay for service’ they are redirected to paypal etc.

Kind regards

Dean

Hi Dean,

With s2Member you can generate buttons that will redirect the user to your chosen payment gateway. After making their payment, they will be given access to your site at the Level you specified when generating the button.

If you want to also offer free registration to your members using the free version of s2Member, you’ll need to point them to the default WordPress registration page (e.g., /wp-login.php?action=register).

If you want to create Free Registration forms or offer registration before payment with s2Member, you’ll need to purchase s2Member Pro.

Hi Raam

Thanks for your reply.

I have now purchased the pro version.

What I am trying to achieve is two levels of free membership. One will be a ‘subscriber’ and one will be a ‘client’. Then there may well be levels of pay for subscriptions. I need to attribute these memberships to the ‘roles’ list within WP – is this all possible?

Regards

Dean

Hi Dean,

Yes, you can have multiple levels of free membership. Please see the notes in Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Free Registration Forms for instructions on doing this and let us know if you have any questions.
