Hi

My client is asking about whether s2member supports the following functionality: user renews via Paypal Buy Now option before his EOT. Will s2member be smart enough to extend his new time period starting from the EOT date? Or will his new time period start from the current date?

Hi Colin.

With buy-now transactions, the time will be added to what’s left, yes. Here’s the setting: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Options -› Automatic EOT Behavior -> Fixed-Term Extensions ( auto-extend )?[/hilite]
