Is there a way to renew a subscription (or reactivate) after a subscriber cancels their subscription and are moved down to free subscriber level?

Or how about when a user is in a free trial period but cancels their recurring payment profile (via PayPal pro / Pro Forms) and want to reactivate their paid subscription?

Hi Michael,

You cannot “reactivate” the canceled PayPal subscription, but you can reactivate their s2Member subscription by offering an upgrade form (Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Pro Forms -› Billing Modification Forms). They would simply pay the required amount (which would recreate their PayPal subscription) and their account will then be returned to the level you selected for that upgrade form.
