Cristian: I received your last message about the problems I have had with S2 Member Pro. I’m very happy that Host Gator has worked for you and countless others, but I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a support rep there and was not able to use the server scanner. While I’m sure everyone on your support team is trustworthy, I have multiple sites linked to my Host Gator account and I don’t feel comfortable providing my private log-in info only for you to find that I have in fact done everything correctly. The bottom line is that your refund policy states that a refund is possible if you cannot install a product. I have had my web developer and and Host Gator staff look into this issue and Framework DOES NOT automatically update Pro. I’m glad it works perfectly for everyone else, but I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this and I simply want a refund. This firm should stand by it’s product instead of killing people with this back and forth crap. I will make it very simple–either refund my money in full within 48 hours and let me know that this has been done, or I will post unflattering info everywhere I can about the service I have received. Moreover, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission if my refund is not processed in a timely fashion. |
