Hi

We used the free version of S2 as recommended by JVZoo

However, we had a last minute move of the site and therefore urls changed

We had the ‘levels’ set up but excluded 3 levels from our launch as the buyers all recieved on license only

This failed

We have a few hundred buyers whose s2 membership access will not work – the rest are being given basic access for the training videos and PDF downloads

The levels are 1, 4 & 6 as those relate to the buyers purchase information

The pages exist. The download links are set. The Membership level is inside the page sidebar info eg level 1 slb1 and level 4 slb4 etc

The customers have showing the correct level according to their purchase

They cannot however access their respective pages/downloads and are told they have no access

What am I missing?
