When I run the webpagetest, I see a 404 error for the s2member-o.php file.

I also have an issue with the badge. In the setting, I see a status of unverified. When I do the test (click the link to see the reported value), I get a 1. The badge is also not showing. I have tried placing it in a page, in the footer etc. but it does not show up.
