Hello,

THIS IS URGENT FOR US.

We use s2Member Pro on WP 3.4.1, with PowerPress and Feedburner, and Amazon S3 for our video podcasts.

1. Members can view our S3 podcasts when they’re logged in on our site.

2. Our members can subscribe to our podcasts in iTunes. And they can see all of them.

3. Members cannot download our podcasts on iTunes.

The message is: “There was a problem downloading [URLfilename]…” Authorization is needed to access “[URLfilename].”

And in the XML we find this:

<enclosure url="http://www.DOMAIN.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member-files/s2member-file-remote/s2member-file-inline/X-20120731A.mp3" length="5242880" type="audio/mpeg"/>

But the link that works is:

http://www.DOMAIN.com/?s2member_file_storage=s3&s2member_skip_confirmation=yes&s2member_file_download=/X-20120730A.mp3

A. How can we get iTunes to authorize correctly?

B. How can we get browsers to authorize?

C. Why oh Why does the XML end up with the s2member path in it?

Here’s what we get when we try to use the link in a browser… The browser says it’s connecting to download.OurDomain.com… and then it throws this error message in XML:

<Error>
<-C-o-d-e->
AccessDenied
</-C-o-d-e->
<Message>
Access Denied
</Message>
<RequestId>

</HostId>
</Error>

THIS IS URGENT FOR US.

Thank you,

Chris

BTW I needed to edit the XML “c o d e” so it would work in this forum.
