Hi,
We’ve been using S2member pro along with Paypal Pro for a few months now on our site and love the service. It’s been great so far.

We do have one problem with customers whose credit cards expire mid recurring cycle.

Is there a way to set up a notification that will go out to the customer 30 days before their credit card on file expires so that they can update their billing information?

I would love to know any options you all have.

Hi Cheryl,

s2Member does not store any credit card information, so any such notifications would need to come from the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal).
