Signup with website URL (as in WP profile)

I want members to always provide a URL when signing up. In WordPress, there is a website field for each user on their edit profile page (/wp-admin/profile.php). I know I can create additional fields in s2Member, but it doesn’t sync with the website field in the user’s WordPress profile. Any way I can do this with s2Member?

Hello David, Have you checked under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Member Profile Modifications and Dashboard -› s2Member® -› API / Scripting -› Member Profile Modifications. Hope this helps. :)

Yes Eduan I have seen that but those don’t allow the user to sign up with a URL field. Also, example.com/?s2member_profile=1 doesn’t ask for the Website field from the WordPress profile page (/wp-admin/profile.php).

Hi David, You can do this by creating a Custom Registration Field for Website and then syncing that field with the WordPress website field upon submission of the registration form. Please see this thread for more information.
