I’ve been serving video downloads + streams for several months (S3 + Cloudfront) but now that more users are online, i’m getting people reporting that they cannot download files (of any type) on ios. They get an “Access Denied” message (attached screenshot). I don;t have anything ios to test this so it’s tough to resolve. I really do not understand what could cause this! My file permissions are set to content-disposition = attachment.
Do i need to add a permission like “everyone > open/download” ?
