Special access regardless of membership level

Hello

I was wondering if I have 3 membership levels, free, plus and premier memberships (where plus members have access to free content and premier members have access to plus and free content) and I then I set up a “special” level for certain users (that would give them access to specific weekly content) regardless of whether they were a free, plus or premier member?.

If so how would I do that?

To rephrase, I have some free members, some plus member and some premier members that I want to give access to “special” content. I dont want all free members or plus/premier members to have access to “special”; only certain members from the three levels.

Is this doable?
