Hi there,

If a user unsubscribes, at EOT they are demoted to a free subscriber. My site doesn’t acutally have any content for free subscribers, and while I would like to keep their details on record, can I stop them from being able to login?

Hello Ben,

No, I’m afraid there is no way to prevent them from logging in.

If you want to achieve this you’ll have to edit the WordPress login page so that it doesn’t allow logging in for free members. :)
