Sublime Video Player

Hello there,

I am trying to setup sublime video player with file download restrictions to allow members of level1 to play the videos.

My first stop was :-

When i input the source to the player as :-

http://domain.com/?s2member_file_download=access-s2member-level1/DID.S03E14.04th.Feb.mp4&s2member_file_inline=yes  

The file starts to download instead of playing in the player.

Here is a link to the instructions for specifying source file.

Under Basic Download restrictions i have set File Downloads ( Level #1 Or Higher ): to 999999999 ever 1 days.

Under Inline File Extesntions I have the value as mp4

I am using s2Member Pro v120213 and WordPress Version 3.3.1

In Jason’s example, he wraps the URL in the urlencode() function. Did you do that?

Also, s2Member should’ve automatically created mod_rewrite rules in an .htaccess file in your /s2member-files/ directory. Can you check to make sure that .htaccess file exists?

When using a protected file in a player, try the URL without the querystring. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Download Options -› Advanced Mod-Rewrite Linkage[/hilite]
