Hi Team,

First off great plugin. s2member is basically allowing me to live my dream of running a business that I love, which is incredible.

I’ve logged in a solid amount of research, trial and error, and still cannot get the success “” attribute to work on a new installation of s2member. It works fine on my other s2member website.

I’m contacting my hosting company to see if it’s something on their end with APC, but figured I would post my log file here in case there is something you can help me out with.

Of course I really appreciate any and all insight into this matter. I know this question gets asked a lot – I’m just not sure where else to turn now for a solution.

Hopefully this is the correct log file – I just ran this transaction about 5 minutes ago. I’m happy to supply more info as needed.

Thanks so much,

Ryan

Quick update:

I had my hosting company disable APC on my server, however the problem still persists.

Thanks for any insight and take care,

Ryan

Are these logged in users upgrading their existing account or new signups? Please see: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/custom-return-url-paypal-not-working/#post-48898

If that isn’t the reason, could you please submit your site’s info so I take a look at all the logs? Let me known when you sent it. Thanks! s2Member® » Private Contact Form

Hi Cristian,

Thanks for the prompt response, much appreciated.

I have been testing the signup process by creating new signups. So no, they are not existing users upgrading their account.

I went ahead and submitted a private contact form. Thanks for offering to look into this further – I’m stumped!

The website is currently in a secure environment, which is accessible via a proxy server. I have attached instructions for accessing the site, via a word document that I included with the private contact form.

Of course keep me posted with anything you need from me.

Thank you!

Hey guys,

Just a friendly “bump” here to see if there has been any progress looking into this issue.

I did submit a private contact form, so please let me know if you received it at your convenience.

The website houseflippingschool.com is now live, so there is no need to login via a web proxy as described in the private contact form message.

Thank you! Would love to get this one figured out – I am stumped!

Take care,

Ryan

Investigation Complete.

You’re getting errors in your logs attributed to the use of W3TotalCache’s Caching. We recommend deactivating W3 Total Cache, and seeing if that fixes the issue.

If you’re looking for a caching solution that does work flawlessly with s2Member, see Quick Cache.

Awesome Bruce – thanks so much for looking into this issue for me. Really big help.

I’ve dealt with W3 Cache issues in the past, so I should be able to handle this one from here.

Just diagnosing this is as a W3 issue is the help I needed.

Thanks!
