This has bitten me more than twice now.

Please add a warning to s2member if Download Restrictions are not configured but S3/CloudFront is.

[s2Stream] will not work if Download Restrictions are not enabled, and I have to go searching through the S2member code to debug why.

files-in.inc.php:131 has $file_downloads_enabled_by_site_owner

That is why my [s2Stream] was failing. It would be nice to have an admin warning to that effect, or at least output a reminder instead of an empty [s2Stream] result.
