Is there ANY kind of support after purchase?
Purchased this for use with CCbill, and have been having problems since the second it was installed.

Wow.

Maybe you can help me.

I’m having extreme problems but one of the worst at the moment is no emails are being sent when new members purchase my product. They should get a new registration email.

Nothing is being sent. Nothing is logged either.

This sucks because:

1) They have to send me an email. I then have to manually add them which also means I need to manually delete them if they cancel.
2) if an affiliate sends them, I won’t know because the affiliate system records the registration email, not the initial payment.

Any way to fix this?

Hey Mattthew,

Emails are ONE of the things that I did get working. i will check my settings and report back.

My problem now is customizing the Profile form using CSS. It doesnt look like a normal php page which can be customized like the Registration form, so I am loosing conformity.

More on my problem here. maybe you can guide N Lee?
