I need to add a terms of use section on the checkout page. We are giving our users a direct link to the checkout page (s2member pro form) and before they are allowed to hit submit form we would like them to have to checkmark to agree to our terms of use. How is this possible? Do I have to edit the templete directly and if so can I have some direction on this modification? I really need to host this terms of use agreement on the checkout page and not the registration page as described in another post. The reason is that we are giving the link directly to the pro forms to our users to make the process very simple for them. EDIT: As an example when checking out with s2member to buy the pro version it asks “Yes, I want to receive updates from s2Member® via email”. I basically want this, but for it to say “Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions on this site located here.” and for the submit form button to not be allowed until this is checked.
