That’s not correct. It only adds the checkmark to the a “Custom Registration Field” on the registration form. It does nothing to the actual checkout form (pro-form).

Here is an example of what I’m trying to do with screenshot:

As an example when checking out with s2member to buy the pro version it asks “Yes, I want to receive updates from s2Member® via email”. I basically want this, but for it to say “Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions on this site located here.” and for the submit form button to not be allowed until this is checked.
