Hey guys, need some help once again! I’ve now got the site I’m working on coded up and am hoping to go live with the new site mid week this week. I’m running up on one issue however. Here’s the break down of my setup and the question. Essentially I have a live authorize.net account placed into “Testing Mode” so no live transactions will go through. However I have S2Members setup as “Test Mode” off because it’s a live account. When I run a test transaction through I get an email about the transaction from Authorize.net – however S2 doesn’t create a user account etc with the error – “Error #E00009. The payment gateway account is in Test Mode. The request cannot be processed.” While I know in plain english it’s telling me “hey I can’t do this because I can’t actually get some money from them!” I would like to be able to test the full functionality without needing to dig dev credentials from Authorize.net. Is there any solution to this? For what it’s worth S2 behaved correctly with test mode on and developer credentials instead of the live accounts information in there. Any help or heads up would be very much appreciated. Thanks! |
