Is there a limit in the number of members ?

Hi,

I am developing a web site for a private online video channel.

In the first stage we hope to reach 10.000 members, and in the second stage 10.000 more … so, is there a limit in the number of members that S2 Member can handle ?

Hi Felix,

There no limit. s2Member runs on WordPress, so as long as WordPress and your server can handle the number of users, s2Member will work with that. Any optimization you do should be done to WordPress and I recommend researching WordPress optimization for large numbers of users.

Just another Question :

Later in the project, we are considering to work directly with Credit cards like visa, mastercard, etc .., not trought paypal, so …

S2 Member can integrate directly with direct credit card payments ?

We support the payment gateways listed here. PayPal Pro supports accepting credit cards on-site and we fully support PayPal Pro with s2Member Pro.
