I downloaded S2 member first as per instructions then paid for upgrade.
I followed instructions to upload to plugins folder and read support
answer to problems upgrading to pro but still doest upgrade any ideas??

Could you please show us an image, or a representation of your plugins structure? In order for us to make sure everything is installed correctly. :)
