hi,

I have advised my friend to upgrade to a Pro Single-Site license, but after paying
he was not able to login.

The CC transactions show, that payment has been done to WSHARKS S2MEMBER, but, he still not able to login,even hitting the button for “lost password” to send an email with a new password, does not work. The only emails he got are the ones to subscribe to newsletter.

Whom to contact, any email adress, where he can post his problem?

the username should be “ecoach24”. He tried several times, but he did not get any emails, except for newsletter signup.

Can someone send me my password please? I have been trying for days to upgrade but my password isn’t working. I tried to get a new password, but it NEVER will send it to me. My email is teachertec@comcast.net and the user name is teachertec. I had to create this account in order to contact you all because you are not responding and I can’t get on customer support forum because i don’t have a log in!!!!! UGH! Meanwhile, my site is just sitting without an update.

I sent this account an email with a manual password reset a couple days ago. I see there are still no logins on this account though. I’m sending another email now. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble.
