if i buy a single-site license and later decide i need a multi-site license, does the multi-site license then cost an additional $129 on top of the $69 i paid previously. Or does it cost the difference: $60 ?

Thank you for contacting the Support Center.
Yes, if you later upgrade from a single-site license to a unlimited-site license, the cost is $60.00.
Once you login to s2member, go to the MY ACCOUNT tab, and your available upgrades will be listed.
