I am testing my website using paypal sandbox

Once I have made the sandbox payment, I got the email:

subject: Thank you! Your account has been updated.

Thank you! You’ve been updated to:
P11,000 / One Time (for lifetime access, non-recurring, no trial)

Please log back in now.

I wonder where to configure this email. I try both paypal standard and pro form. It is not configure from there. Hope to get a response soon.
