Well I got a unlimited site license (bought about 9 month ago) – but cannot post in the customer support forum.
see below for my Subsciption. ID (if this poses security risks, delete it/the post after changing my account)

It looks like a partial refund was processed on your account causing on-site access to be denied inadvertently. I’ve had this issue corrected for your account. You now have Customer status again. Very sorry.
