Does s2member provide a way to control which widgets are displayed based on a member’s level? I’m looking for the same sort of functionality as the ‘Widget Logic’ plugin but controlled by s2member levels.

Yes, that’s an excellent plugin that I highly recommend. I also recommend Menu Item Visibility Control, which is like Widget Logic for navigation menus in WordPress®. Please see: Knowledge Base » Plugins/Themes (Compatibility w/ s2Member®)
