This error was reported by a couple of other site owners after the initial release of s2Member v130731 and v130801. It was corrected a day later in the release of s2Member® v130802.

What version are you running please?

Hi,

I am running Version 130816 + s2Member® Pro v130816 (I’ve just updated) and its still doing the same thing.

Invalid form configuration. Missing “desc” attribute. Please provide a Description for this form.

I then put a description in to test and no payment options comes up.

Thanks for your patience. Sorry about the delay. I’m taking a look at this and I’ll see if I’m able to reproduce this myself.

Sorry, I just took this example you posted in your first reply and tried it in a testing environment:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form rp="1" rt="M" rr="1" accept_coupons="1"]
[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" desc="Option 1 ($10.00)" ra="10.00" /]
[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="2" desc="Option 2 ($20.00)" ra="20.00" /]
[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="3" desc="Option 3 ($30.00)" ra="30.00" /]
[/s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form]

It appears to be working fine for me. Are you still running a clean installation with no plugins? Do you think we could take a look at it?

Details received. Thank you!

@striker26uk

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

It looks like this was caused by an edge case related to compatibility with others plugins using shortcodes with dashes in their names. We’ve had this corrected on your installation (you should be good now); and we’ll release a formal update to address this compatibility issue in the next maintenance release.
