If I want to set up yearly and monthly payment options for the same access level, how do I do that?

Is that one product with two options or two separate products?

Thanks

Hello Mark,

Can I guess that you will be using recurring payments? If so, then no, this is not possible, you currently can’t have multiple subscriptions for one level.

Hope this helps. :)

Hi Mark,

I do this fine. I just don’t have the annual membership recur automatically. This is a bad idea anyway – you don’t really want to hit your customers who are no longer using your service to be surprised with a big lump sum automatically. You would get a bunch of refund requests to hassle with.

Instead – let that be another incentive for them to pay for the full year up front – it does NOT automatically renew.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Nate,

that’s what I thought.

So back to my original question, they would then be two separate products, Yes?

You can do one product with two options, simply generate the different buttons for it.

Hope this helps. :)
