Thanks for removing the links Cristián. I hope you saved them for Jason and Elizabeth, though. If not, is there a more secure way I can get docs over to you?

You’re welcome. Here’s some more info that might help you out. His company name is “TripleSkinny” (all one word). When I made my payment to his PayPal account, the receipt showed another company name “freethelove.org”.

If you cannot find him in your Users List, perhaps you can find him by looking up my s2Member Premium account (he purchased Premium for me. Not the Pro version). Aaron emailed me a bunch of s2Member data, but I don’t know how to read it. Maybe you can give it a shot? Here is a link where you can download the file he sent me:

Cristián, you can also do a search for my website name “gnofee.com” here on your site. You will find Aaron Plaat’s inquiry mentioning my website in his “snippet”. Check it out: http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/payflow-error-6-month-recurring-membership/

You were not able to help Aaron with this issue, so you forwarded it over to Jason, who was able to offer Aaron a PATCH to solve the issue. Thanks Jason! You helped my site work correctly :) Too bad you can’t help me update MY s2Member Premium.

Hi Cristián,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I appreciate your security measures, and your reply. His name and email address is on the Invoice that I attached to this forum. There is no hope to go through my web designer, Aaron Plaat. He has a huge forum log on here. All of it refers to the build on MY website, gnofee.com. As a matter of fact, you even responded to a bunch of his inquiries.

You can find it here:

I have one more question, though. What do I do with the copy of s2 Premium that’s running on MY website?

Would it be too much to ask if you can transfer the s2 License from gnofee.com over to my s2 account?

Here is the invoice that proves that I paid for, and own the rights to s2Member Premium…

Hi Bruce, I reimbursed my web designer for out-of-pocket expenses. He billed me $69.00 for the s2Member Premium software that he purchased on Oct 01, 2012. I have the invoice from him showing that I paid him. Not only that, but my site is still running the software. I can prove that it’s my site, and I can prove that I reimbursed him. What else can I do?
