I have got an additional information for you which could help to resolve the problem.
We still have the problems. I checked again logs and what i found there.
From IPN logs:

6 => 'Storing Signup Tracking Codes into a Transient Queue. These will be processed on-site.',
7 => 'Storing IPN signup vars into a Transient Queue. These will be processed on registration.',

Then i checked email log plugin. No emails were send to this user!

Email was send manually to user in 50 mins after he registered.
So it seems to be not smtp problem.
Please, help us on this problem ASAP. We have registered about 10 users / minute and about 50 users per hour with failed registration.
We can’t manually register all of them!!!
