Ok. So, our plans would be

Standard: $105/mth
Military/Police/Fire: $80/mth

Each additional member would be half price. So, first member would be $105/mth. Spouse would be $50/mth.

Those would be standard on the site. But, then we have situations where people just cannot afford to pay that much and we may have verbally worked out an agreement that would be less than that. Say, $50/mth for a student. Or, maybe there is a family of 5 that we work out a special price of $150/mth for everyone.

This wouldn’t be an option that they would be able to “click” on. So, what I would like to see is that there could be an option that says “Please enter mutually agreed upon amount” during their signup and they could enter the amount that we agreed upon instead of clicking a button with a pre-defined amount.

The other option is if I could create their regular account within the backend of WordPress. Is there a way that I could pre-create their account and specify the price specific to their account? Once created, they would receive an email with their username and password telling them to log into the site and make a payment. Then, when they log in, they would be prompted to make a payment based on the amount that I specified during their account creation. Maybe set as a variable tied to their account?

This would allow for variable pricing on a per-user basis rather then having the users have to click a static amount.
