Thank you Eduan for your response. I’m a first time s2member user, excuse me if sometimes I won’t make any sense. I’m using 3 levels, including lvl#0 (free). For the paid subscriptions, I allow access to the support forum (powered by bbpress) for lvl#1, excluding one area in the forum, which is only accessible by lvl#2. Lvl#0 clients are registered only once they’ve purchased something from my online store, using woocommerce. Then, they are provided a link in their “My Account” page to subscribe for premium support (the page where the link is pointing at is the page where s2member buttons are placed). And since they have bought from my store, I am giving them several months of free premium support. What workarounds you have in mind?
