I agree. It was straightforward in testing with PayPal sandbox, but once i went live to demo it doesn’t work. And i can’t seem to get into the system – even with different credit cards/email adressess etc to test the process. It always says something about the admin being logged in (which I am not). I am now having to get my client to test it and they aren’t getting emails and everything appears broken. I feel trapped having convinced them to use this free version for a pretty simple membership platform, and there’s no way to get technical assistance.

I am about to tell them they can have their money back and apologize for convincing them this would work.
