I’ll give that a try. In the mean time I edited the shortcode as you suggested and the payments are working just fine. This is a wonderful plugin!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I just tried changing the theme to twentyeleven and then twentyten and the problem didn’t change. I did clear my browser cache and cookies.
